Set in the original Tudor-style hunting retreat that served as the foundation for today’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Rockwell’s harkens back to the origins of farm-to-table dining in the Laurel Highlands. Sportsmen would spend the day in the highlands hunting, fishing and foraging. Chefs would masterfully prepare the bountiful harvest for the evening’s meal.
We carry on that tradition today by offering the finest cuts of beef, wild game, and fish along with fresh from the garden produce picked from our lands or in partnership with local farmers and growers. All artfully prepared by our culinary experts for your dining pleasure.
