PLEASE NOTE:
- Gift cards are processed from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
- Please allow 24 hours for pick up at the resort by a resort guest or member.
- A maximum amount is $2,000 can be added to each gift card. We are happy to accomodate higher amounts, but any amount over $2,000 will be applied on a separate card.
- Gift cards cannot be used for any gaming activity at Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin.
- Gift cards cannot be redeemed at Wooflands Pet Resort & Spa or at the Woodlands Animal Care Center.
- Gift cards do not expire. They are non-refundable, and they are not able to be redeemed for cash.
- To redeem a gift card at the Woodlands Spa, Field Club, golf courses, retail shopping locations, activity venues, restaurants or hotels at Nemacolin, one must be an overnight guest of the resort or a resort member.
- The general public is welcome to redeem gift cards at the Nemacolin Outlet, located next to the casino.
SHIPPING:
- USPS: Orders placed after 1 pm EST / 12 pm CST and any overnight or second-day delivery orders processed after 1 pm EST / 12 pm CST Thursday will not begin delivery until Monday.
- UPS: Any orders submitted after 1 pm EST / 12 pm CST Friday and anytime Saturday or Sunday will be processed and picked up the next business day. UPS does not deliver on Sundays. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Due to the current situation, delivery of gift cards may be delayed.
