Paloma Shandor
Paloma is owner and instructor at Shandor’s Yoga Room based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Paloma took her first yoga classes as a teenager in the early 1990s, and since then, she has trained with Robert Barton of Three Rivers Yoga; Donna Farhi from New Zealand; Kyoki Roberts of the Zen Center Pittsburgh; Yogrishi Vishvketu from Rishikesh, India; Ajahn Geoff from the Metta Forest Monastery; Sadhguru of the Isha Foundation, and others, in order to fully inhabit the lifestyle of a yogini and gain a deeper sense of the true meaning of yoga.
