This is a three-hour assessment that takes you through your entire game and provides you with a blueprint, a document that highlights the assessment results as well as the steps we recommend to improve your game.

All Performance Plans are premium-level training with a focus set on premium progression over time. Athletes will be given a physical and swing assessment in order to diagnose areas of improvement. A detailed plan with goals and practice routines will be created to keep you on target and train you for success.

A three-day intensive program touching on all areas of the game. Not only will you make corrections to eliminate errors, but you will also develop performance variables, proper practice routines, and how to properly manage a golf course to drop your scores.

Our half-day school is an intensive program which gives you a taste of each area of the game. We place an emphasis on understanding your current ball flight and what corrections are needed to eliminate these errors. You will also learn to develop a proper practice routine to transfer what you learn to the course.

A camp for motivated junior players looking to develop a personalized plan for improvement, while learning to practice and play more efficiently. This is an intense golf program structured to prepare juniors for competing successfully at a national level.

Twenty-eight- hour program

The Swing Catalyst experience is designed specifically for intermediate-to-advanced golfers to work alongside a Swing Catalyst Certified Instructor. Also included: 1:1 student to coach ratio, as this is a private lesson and analysis; TPI Golf Fitness screen; Swing Catalyst Balance Plate analysis; Swing Catalyst Dual Force Plate evaluation; Swing Analysis using high-speed video; understanding of current ball flight, speed gain, and swing efficiency; speed drills and training stations; a full-swing lesson with irons and drivers.

Three-hour experience designed for new and beginner golfers to learn the game in a controlled environment. This program will give you the fundamentals of full swing, chipping, and putting. You will also gain an understanding of some basic golf knowledge, rules, and etiquette.

Speed Training Bootcamps are 60-minute classes designed to increase a player’s swing speed alongside an instructor. The bootcamp will assist with training the body to move quicker and more efficiently in the golf swing. No equipment is required — clubs are available. Also included: 4:1 student to coach ratio; five levels of speed training exercises; golf knowledge, skills, and physical training; drills and activities to practice at home.

80-Minute Medical Massage – Whether you’re relieving chronic pain, improving range of motion, or recovering from an injury, this outcome-based, results-oriented massage applies a specific treatment targeted to your specific problem and loosens muscles prior to your golf lesson.

90-Minute Golf Lesson – Your golf lesson is custom-tailored, based on assessments, and includes a detailed plan with goals and practice routines that will be created to keep you on target and training for success.
