Named after Mr. Case Brown, a conservationist from Wyoming, the luxury home sits next to Meadow Run stream which he has restored back to pristine conditions for an extraordinary fly-fishing experience. After many months of rebuilding the stream to make it function more naturally, Meadow Run has been redesigned to provide a sustainable environment for trout.
Located two miles from the main resort complex, guests can now lodge at the perfect outdoor cottage experience. Your adventure begins as a skilled guide transports you to the vintage cottage by your choice of Jeep off-roading, Polaris RZR Side by Side or horseback. This cottage is an outdoor sportsmen’s heaven. With neutral tones, fern elements, brown leather and cast-iron accessories, the curated design comes together for a vintage yet luxurious atmosphere. Situated in the lush woods of the Laurel Highlands, Case Brown Cottage provides an authentic outdoor adventure. Your screened porch looks out to one of the finest natural trout habitats east of the Mississippi. This medium classic, free stone trout stream spans a half a mile and is for your exclusive use only.
