Cancellation & Deposit Policy

Nemacolin requires a 7-day cancellation notice. Canceling within 7 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. The deposit required is equivalent to the first night’s room and tax or package charge. Deposits on cancellations received less than 7 days from the arrival date will be fully forfeited.

Arrival / Departure

Check-in time is 4pm. Guests arriving before 4pm, will be accommodated as rooms become available. Check-out time is 11am. Prior to departure, our associates will be pleased to make arrangements to hold and store luggage for function attendees remaining at the resort past 11am. Late check-out requests have limited availability and must be pre-arranged through the Front Desk.

Taxes

Guest Room rates are based on single or double occupancy.
A 6% Pennsylvania State Tax and 5% County Hotel Tax will be added to the nightly room rate. Taxes are current and subject to change. The 6% Pennsylvania State Tax applies to all golf, food & beverage, and activities.

Payment of Services

Nemacolin requires a room charge or membership charge for all services, products offered, and purchases incurred while at Nemacolin. Activities, dining, golf, spa, and retail are included in this requirement.

Resort Access Policy

Nemacolin resort amenities and accommodations (except for Nemacolin Rod & Range Club, The Casino at Nemacolin, Nemacolin Wooflands Pet Resort & Spa, Woodlands Animal Care Clinic, and Nemacolin Outlet) are available exclusively to overnight guests and members.

Smoking Policy

Nemacolin is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outside of the building in designated areas. Guests are subject to a $350 cleaning fee if smoking occurs in your room.

Age Restrictions

Guests must be 21 years or older to reserve a room or home on the resort property.

Beginning in September 2,2024 Falling Rock will be exclusive to guests 16 and older, along with all of its restaurants (Aqueous, Amber Bar, and Sunset Terrace), shopping, and amenities. Families with younger children are invited to stay in any of Nemacolin’s other luxury hotels or private homes, and parents golfing with their younger teens are welcome to make arrangements with the Golf Shop at Falling Rock.

Rollaways in The Grand Lodge

Rollaway beds are not permitted to be used in The Grand Lodge. A Resort Reservations Specialist can assist with selecting a suite to accommodate the number of guests in your party or to assist with selecting connecting suites in various configurations.

Prior to departure, our associates will be pleased to make arrangements to hold and store luggage for function attendees remaining at the resort past 11am.

Guests arriving to Falling Rock, The Grand Lodge, or The Chateau will check-in at the guest services desk at each respective location.

Guests arriving for The Homes & The Estates will check-in at The Homes & The Estates Welcome Center.

The Homes & Estates Welcome Center is open from 7am to 10pm. A Nemacolin associate will be happy to assist you with any questions you have, please call 724.329.6164 or ext. 6164.

From 10pm-7am, guests staying in The Homes and The Estates can be assisted by the front desks at The Grand Lodge or The Chateau, including late arrivals or early-morning departures.

Two dogs up to 35 lbs. each may be registered to a room if a valid credit card is on file. Please note that our pet policy extends only to dogs.

Other pets, including extreme or wild animals, are not permitted.

Each room with a dog(s) will be charged a one-time, non-refundable cleaning fee of $250. The pet may not be left alone in the room for extended periods of time.

If a pet is the cause of guest noise complaints, guests will be asked to remove the pet and may be liable for financial compensation to those guests disturbed.

Dogs are not permitted in the dining outlets, retail shops, spa, pool areas, or on the golf courses.

Guide dogs for the blind or otherwise disabled are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify for this exemption under ADA guidelines.

Pools at The Peak

Year-round outdoor pool, hot tub, changing rooms, dining, and cabanas for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members. Seasonal: firepits, additional pool, and additional cabanas.

Kids Indoor Pool

Year-round pool for children and families; parents must accompany children 12 and under.

Indoor Spa Pool

Year-round pool for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members who are 14 and over and receiving treatments at the Woodlands Spa or Holistic Healing Center on the day of their visit.

Adult Pool

Adult Pool: Seasonal pool for overnight guests, resort members, and all-access members who are 18 and over.

Paradise Pool

Seasonal pool and poolside dining for overnight guests
and all-access members.

Falling Rock Infinity Pool

Seasonal pool and cabanas are exclusively available for Falling Rock guests.
