As always, a top priority is the health and safety of you, our valued guest, and our employees. Having traveled to stay with us, we appreciate that you understand that we cannot guarantee your health against COVID-19. However, we are taking every precaution, in line with CDC standards, and expanding our extensive health and cleanliness processes on property, to ensure your health, safety, and wellbeing.

WHAT OUR GUESTS WILL EXPERIENCE

Body Temperature Screening

Non-invasive body temperature screening of all guests, associates, and vendors will be conducted upon entering the resort.

Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)

Personal protect equipment such as face masks, hand sanitizers, and alcohol wipes, will be readily available, placed at resort entrances, restaurants, elevator landings, pools, salons, exercise areas, and in rooms.

24-Hour Private Concierge Service

A bespoke, 24-hour private messaging service designed to deliver fast, personalized responses will be available for resorts guests and members.

Wearing Masks

Resort associates are required to wear face masks at all times, and guests must wear face masks when in public spaces.

Social Distancing

Tables and seating arrangements are set up to be appropriately distanced in all restaurants, bars, and groups & event spaces. Guests will be advised to practice social distancing when moving around the resort.

Contactless Service

Seamless arrival & departure services, a resort directory, and dining & experiences reservations will soon be available on the Nemacolin App.

  • We have intensified Nemacolin’s already rigorous cleaning regimens and protocols.

  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices have been put in place throughout the property, and all cleanings are more frequent. For example, we have increased the disinfection of frequently touched surfaces in public areas and guest rooms, such as telephones and remote controls.

  • All third-party providers are required to ensure their adherence to Nemacolin’s strict cleaning standards for any service provided.

  • Dedicated housekeeping teams continue to provide best-in-class service through a regimented procedure to ensure there is no cross-contamination and that the environment remains clean throughout the process.

  • All employees will continue to receive training on COVID-19 safety and disinfection protocols with more comprehensive training for our teams with frequent guest contact, including Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Public Area Department, Hotel Operations and Security.

Nemacolin is closely monitoring the guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, other government mandates, and public health advancements. Nemacolin will continue to make changes, as necessary and appropriate, to our health and safety protocols and procedures.
