Nemacolin has made it a priority to provide a safe environment for our guests, members, associates, and the surrounding community by partnering with a staff that is fully vaccinated for COVID-19.*

WHAT OUR GUESTS WILL EXPERIENCE

24-Hour Private Concierge Service

A bespoke, 24-hour private messaging service designed to deliver fast, personalized responses will be available for resorts guests and members.

Contactless Service

Seamless arrival and departure services, a resort directory, and dining and experiences reservations will soon be available on the Nemacolin App.

Temperature Screening — All Associates

Non-invasive body temperature screening of all associates and vendors will be conducted upon entering the resort. Guests and members will not be screened.

Wearing Masks — All Associates

All associates working inside a building at the resort are required to wear a face mask. At this time, associates who work outside who are fully vaccinated do not need to wear a face mask. Guests can be assured that every associate in close contact with guests through their accommodations with housekeeping or maintenance and those providing services at the Woodlands Spa and Holistic Healing Center will be wearing face masks. Maintenance and housekeeping teams who service The Homes and The Estates at Nemacolin will also be wearing face masks.

 

At this time, guests and members do not need to wear masks if they are vaccinated, unless they wish to do so.

Vaccination Status — All Associates

By October 15, 2021, all associates at Nemacolin will be fully vaccinated for the coronavirus with one of the three vaccines used in the United States.  Nemacolin has made it a priority to provide a safe environment for our guests, members, associates, and the surrounding community by partnering with a staff that is fully vaccinated for COVID-19, therefore, any associates hired by the resort will also be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

 

At this time, Nemacolin does not require our guests or members to be vaccinated.

  • Nemacolin will continue with enhanced cleaning regimens and protocols.

  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection practices have been put in place throughout the property, and all cleanings are more frequent. For example, we have increased the disinfection of frequently touched surfaces in public areas and guest rooms, such as telephones and remote controls.

  • All third-party providers are required to ensure their adherence to Nemacolin’s strict cleaning standards for any service provided.

  • Dedicated housekeeping teams continue to provide best-in-class service through health and disinfection protocols.

  • Nemacolin will continue with enhanced cleaning regimens and protocols.

Nemacolin will continue to monitor COVID-19 guidance from the CDC, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and federal government, making changes — as necessary and appropriate — to our health and safety protocols and procedures.
