Tony Liartis

Director of Food & Beverage

Tony was the Director of Food & Beverage at the Forbes Four-Star Watercolor Inn and Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, prior to joining the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort team. Previously, Tony spent six years with the Forbes Five-Star Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia, where he progressed through all Food & Beverage operations, with numerous promotions. As Assistant Food & Beverage Director at Sea Island, he oversaw all dining outlets and banquets at the Lodge and Retreat specifically, including the Forbes Five-Star Georgia Room Restaurant.

He has a B.A. degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and also trained at Les Roches in Switzerland, getting a post-graduate Diploma in International Hotel Management, Hospitality. Additionally, Tony has completed his first level of certification in the Court of Masters Sommeliers.
