Spa: Fitness  

The 2,400 sq. foot Fitness Center at the Woodlands Spa features Cybex equipment, elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, Stairmasters, Cardio Theater and free weights. Fitness Classes are taught daily and include workouts such as Yoga, Pilates, aerobics and much more. 

Our fitness trainers also design individual, as well as group programs focusing on personalized goals, lifestyles and current fitness levels.  There are also special classes focused on golfers and runners, as well as a self-defense program and a “take home fitness” program.
