With over 20 years of experience in hotel sales and operations, Rebecca is thrilled to be representing Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia accounts, and is based in Northern Virginia. She started her career in her college town of Boone, North Carolina, and has continued her passion for hospitality at iconic resorts such as The Homestead, Lansdowne Resort and Salamander Resort. Raised in the south, she believes that building relationships and creating lasting memories through genuine interactions are at the heart of this industry. Rebecca also adores her other title of "Mommy" to three little ones.

Sales Manager - Pittsburgh, PA
Shelly joins Nemacolin Woodlands Resort as a Regional Sales Manager for the Pittsburgh area, where she has 16 years of hotel, convention and resort sales experience. In the past 6 years, she has held successful satellite positions at resorts such as The Omni Homestead Resort and Stonewall Resort. She is an enthusiastic person and has strong relationship building skills, to sum it up… she loves people! Shelly has been a native to Western Pennsylvania all her life, growing up in Washington, PA from a large family and attending College at California University of Pennsylvania. She has stayed local to the area and lives in Jefferson Hills, where she resides with her husband and 2 children. Her children’s sports and activities keep her busy, but on her free time she has a passion for staying active, researching her family history, and most of all spending quality time with family and friends.

Will Clinch came to Nemacolin in 2009 as a golf intern eager to learn and grow in the golf industry. With great exuberance and determination he worked his way up to the Tournament Director position by providing excellent and award winning service and creating memorable experiences for corporate, social and charity events. As Will’s success in the Golf Department grew he was approached to assist with the Sales Team in 2013. Since joining the team he has continued to meet and exceed expectations of both Nemacolin and his valued clients. Will has always believed that at the core of great customer service is building relationships that last a lifetime. As this belief continues to drive Will, he looks forward to fostering new relationships with you and your VIPs.

Resort Activities Sales Manager
As Resort Activities Sales Manager, Rick loves his role of attracting new audiences to enjoy the incredible variety of activities and amenities that Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has to offer. Originally from Southern California, Rick began his career in the sports and entertainment industries, performing marketing duties for gold & platinum recording artists, and contributing to minor league baseball teams in Wichita and Buffalo. He came to Western Pennsylvania to direct his marketing and promotional efforts for the Pittsburgh Pirates during their eventful transition from Three Rivers Stadium to PNC Park. His skill set and passion for sales and hospitality finally brought him to Nemacolin, where he takes great pride in building new relationships and creating opportunities for groups to enjoy a fun, memorable and rewarding experience.

Sales Manager - Greater Pittsburgh & Southwest Pennsylvania Region
A native to Southwestern Pennsylvania, Phil is proud to serve a region he calls home. Bringing over a decade of multidisciplinary business development experience to the team, he believes in treating everyone like family and that is at the core of his success. As a Washington & Jefferson College graduate, it is there he fostered his love for golf, travel, and learning, and even spent time abroad in Grenoble, France. It is these experiences that drove him to the hospitality industry and set him up for success. An avid outdoorsman, you will often find him enjoying Nemacolin’s world class sporting clays facility, endless miles of hiking trails, or wading the waters that house world class trout fishing on the Meadow Run stream. Creating friendships and building a lifetime of memories is what drives Phil and he looks forward to bringing the Nemacolin experience to you soon.
