When the growing season ends, the creativity of culinary geniuses comes into full bloom. That's why Nemacolin's Preservation Dinner is sure to be the foodie event of the year. At this unique gourmet experience, we're celebrating all things aged, fermented, and preserved.

Farmer Tara Rockacy and Chef Csilla Thackray of Churchview Farms — Western Pennsylvania's best organic farm — are bringing their amazing end-of-season produce to Aqueous, Nemacolin's Forbes Four-Star and AAA Four-Diamond restaurant. There, they'll present an incredible, collaborative menu prepared by Chef Csilla, Nemacolin's Chef Kristin Butterworth, and Aqueous' own Chef Tyler Hutchison.

Between the hors d'oeuvres and the dinner selections, you'll sample a wide swath of delicious and fascinating flavors likely never experienced before. The menu will take some time to prepare ... we have to wait on nature's bounty and abundance before collaborating on the details. Every chef enjoys creatively exploring finely aged fare — at the Preservation Dinner, you'll taste exactly why.
