Guests staying at The Homes or The Estates will check in at the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is open from 8am to 8pm. Guests arriving outside of those hours, can be assisted by the front desks at The Grand Lodge or The Chateau.

When the Welcome Center is closed, guests will be assisted by the front desks at The Grand Lodge or The Chateau.
Prior to departure, our associates will be pleased to make arrangements to hold and store luggage for function attendees remaining at the resort past 11am.
