The Homes & The Estates Welcome Center

Guests staying at The Homes or The Estates will check in at the Welcome Center. The Welcome Center is open from 8am to 8pm. Guests arriving outside of those hours, can be assisted by the front desks at The Grand Lodge or The Chateau.

Open 8am-10pm, unless otherwise noted:
- Monday, December 1: 9am-1pm
- Tuesday, December 2: 9am-8pm
- Wednesday, December 3: Closed
- Thursday, December 4: 8am-8pm
When the Welcome Center is closed, guests will be assisted by the front desks at The Grand Lodge or The Chateau.
Prior to departure, Nemacolin associates will be pleased to make arrangements to hold and store luggage for function attendees remaining at the resort beyond 11am.
