Furry Farm Friends Meet & Greet

Who likes wet noses and out-of-the-hand nibbles? Kids do!

Come meet some of Nemacolin’s farm friends where kids can pet and feed our almost-always hungry creatures. Children 12 and under will enjoy this encounter with a donkey, sheep, and goats.

For those with allergy concerns, the sweet grain used during this encounter with the animals is nut-free.

  • Hours of Operation

  • $5 per cup to feed the sheep and goats at Billy Goat Mountain

  • Meets at Billy Goat Mountain near the Panorama Pavilion

  • Guests 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult

  • Please wear weather-appropriate attire and proper footwear (recommend boots or tennis shoes, no open-toe shoes)

  • Weather permitting; encounter will close with heavy rain, thunder, or lightning

  • Food and pets are not permitted on the encounter

  • Available to overnight guests and members
