The culinary artisans of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort honor the farm-to-table heritage of the Laurel Highlands by hand-selecting the finest provisions for guests to enjoy.
Local Roaster: KLVN Coffee Lab
KLVN Coffee Lab is a small batch, specialty coffee roaster in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We source coffees that are sweet, clean and roast them in the West Coast style, producing a light, crisp, easy to drink flavor profile. All our coffee is hand roasted on German Probat machines, revealing each coffee’s own perfect taste.
Shifting attention from product to process, KLVN is about the movement of good energy and the emergent nature of coffee, allowing for something special to brighten up the corners of your day.
