Dining at Amber Bar inside Falling Rock hotel is for Falling Rock guests and members only.
Serving a signature menu curated from the Chefs of Aqueous, this menu incorporates fresh local ingredients and seafood flown in daily. Small batch cocktails, an extensive bourbon selection, local seasonal brews and micro-vines compliment the cultured cocktail party ambiance.

Barattolo is open to overnight resort guests only.
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort's newest dining experience, Barattolo, allows guests to savor the flavors of Italy. Located at the former Caddyshack, Barattolo retains its roots rendering to the word "caddy" in Italian. Locally sourced ingredients are prepped and prepared by our qualified culinary experts. Experience a piece of Italy through our woodfire pizzas, classic Italian cuisine, and delectable desserts!

Pj's is available to resort guests and members only.
Nemacolin’s fun and whimsical 1950's style ice-cream parlor and gourmet cafe serves up jukebox treats in a casual setting. Flatbread pizzas and homemade ice cream creations are available for casual dinners.
