*2. Ski and Snowboard Days*

Choose your date from weekends listed below. If you are attending more than one date, please complete one registration form for each date. Reservations are based on availability. There are a maximum number of attendees allotted per date. Nemacolin reserves the right to cancel and / or change dates due to weather conditions. Under such a circumstance, a mutual agreement between the council and Nemacolin will be made regarding refunds and / or rescheduling.

*3. Ski and Snowboard Days Activities and Rates*

Boy Scouts of America now require helmets be worn for skiing and snowboarding. Helmets will be provided by Boy Scouts of America at Mystic Mountain during the Ski and Snowboard Days.
	Lift Ticket - $16 Includes: Lift Ticket Number of Participants
	Ski Rentals - $9 Number of Participants
	Snowboard Rentals - $15 Number of Participants
	Snow Tubing - $10 2 hour session. There is a 42” height requirement to participate. Number of Participants Tubing times will be determined on a first come, first serve basis. A representative will be in contact with you to inform you of your scheduled times.


*4. Payment Information*

If you have selected credit card as a payment option, please be aware that a Resort Representative will be in contact with you.
To guarantee your selected dates, participants payment is required by the first of the month for which your date is set. For example, if you are requesting a Ski and Snowboard Day in January to confirm your reservations, payment is due by January 1, 2012. Failure of payment will result in release of reservations.
Cancellation Policy Nemacolin Woodlands Resort’s Ski and Snowboard Day has a 7 day cancellation policy. Refunds will be granted if cancellation notice is received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date. Nemacolin reserves the right to deny any refunds on cancellations made after the 7 day policy.
