Jack Alpern Bio:
Jack N. Alpern is the founder of the Jack N. Alpern Co., L.P.A law firm in Warren, Ohio. Mr. Alpern graduated from the Ohio State University College of Arts and Science earning a degree in history and political science and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.
As a member of the State Bar of Ohio and the Ohio State and Trumbull Bar Associations, Mr. Alpern has been a frequent lecturer at Continuing Education seminars for attorneys, through the Ohio Legal Centre Institute in Columbus, Ohio and the National Business Institute in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Attorney Alpern has presented more than one hundred seminars, both public and private, on the subject of estate planning and has been invited to teach estate planning seminars for local industries, brokerage firms, insurance companies and financial institutions.
Mr. Alpern has also appeared as a guest speaker for PBS presenting the topic. "How to Pay for Nursing Home Cost," as part of the "Caring for Your Parents" workshop.
Mr. Alpern also co-authored a book, ”Total Wealth Management: The Definitive Guide to Estate and Financial Planning,” as well as “Actions and Proceedings Relating to Wills,” a continuing legal education manual for attorneys, published by the Ohio Legal Center Institute in Columbus, Ohio.

Joe Antenucci Bio:
Dr. Joe Antenucci is a Professor of Accounting at Youngstown State University where he has taught Accounting, Finance and Taxation for 17 years both at the graduate and undergraduate level. Prior to that Dr. Antenucci taught at Virginia Tech and Middle Tennessee State Universities. He holds a B.A. from Harvard College, a M.A. from the University of New Mexico and a Ph.D. in Accounting was granted by Virginia Tech University. Dr. Antenucci has published over 30 articles on various tax topics, both individual and business related, in international, national and regional journals.
