"We had a great time! Our room was amazing, high ceilings so big the kids were amazed! The maid that cleaned our room folded EVERY piece of clothing that we left on the floor! It was so great. The spa was wonderful, the end of summer Hawaiian luau at the pool was so much fun for the kids and the service everywhere was perfect. "We experienced our first stay at Nemacolin and we absolutely loved it! I appreciate all of the hard work that everyone puts in to making that place so special. Our Chateau room was very impressive. It had windows to the floor, a chandelier in the bedroom and a very nice bathroom. In fact, I admired all of the chandeliers throughout the whole resort. A smudge could not be found on them; they were all so clean and sparkling. I know that it takes a lot of hard work to make that place so presentable to the guests.
Everyone was courteous, polite and very helpful. I'm already making plans to return and even drive up occasionally for daily excursions. I will recommend the resort to everyone that I know. I enjoyed the food, the resort grounds and enjoyed the politeness of all the people that work there. All of those great things make a five-star resort that stands out from other resorts." - Paul,
