Where can I purchase an Experience Membership?
You may now purchase an Experience Membership at the Experience Desk in the Chateau Lobby and at the Experience Desk at Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
No. The member must present a valid photo ID and signature at the time of purchase. You can, however, purchase a gift card in the amount of the membership.
Can I bring a guest; if so how many?
Valid resort membership holders may have 1 guest accompany them on the casino floor.
Can my guest leave and come back without me?
Your guest may leave the casino, but they are not allowed to re-enter the casino unless you accompany them.
Does my Experience Membership have anything to do with earning comps or free play at Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin?
No. This is strictly a resort membership. Guests can sign up for Lady Luck’s Players Club (which is called the Fan Club) when they visit the casino.
Can a friend or family member use my membership card?
No. Memberships are not transferrable and when you apply your signature to the card, you agree that the transfer of the card may result in criminal penalties.
Will I need to carry photo identification with me if I have a verified membership card?
Yes. You can be asked to present your ID at any time and patrons who appear to be under the age of 30 will be asked routinely.
Will you refund my membership fee if I’m not satisfied with your casino?
The purpose of purchasing a membership is to experience the various amenities the resort has to offer and not necessarily to access the casino. Membership fees will not be refunded based on a lack of satisfaction with the casino.
