The purpose of yoga is to create strength, awareness and harmony in both the mind and body. Join us for this outdoor workshop where we combine Walking Yoga with mindfulness tips and techniques to incorporate into your daily routine. We will focus on our breath and use the outdoor elements to enhance our yoga poses and stretches and finish with a Mindfulness Meditation.
