Autumn, part of Nemacolin's Restaurant Collection, features menus inspired by regional cuisine using local farm and table ingredients and a dinner menu that offers a concentration on sustainable seafood. We support our local farms by purchasing their produce, dairy and proteins.

Reservations recommended. Proper attire for guests is resort casual. Golf shorts, walking shorts and slacks are acceptable. Autumn is located in the Lodge next to the Sundry Shop.

Chef Tyler C. Hutchison

Chef de Cuisine

Tyler C. Hutchison, Chef de Cuisine of Autumn, graduated from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Culinary program in 2008, and joined the Nemacolin Food and Beverage Team in June of 2010. Chef Hutchison came from Kiawah Island Golf Resort, where he worked as an extern and was hired at the Atlantic Room, Kiawah's seafood restaurant. "I love cooking fish, it is truly an art. I preach to my staff daily how important it is to treat each dish with respect," he explains. Hutchison worked his way up to Chef de Partie right before he came back to Pennsylvania to join Nemacolin.
