Guests dining in our new restaurant, Apex, will dine amongst breathtaking panoramic views of Pennsylvania's Laurel Highlands. The focal point of the new Sundial Lodge is the 200 feet of floor to ceiling curtain wall which looks out over the Mountain. Natural Douglas fir timber beams and industrial piping hang high above as the dramatic stone chimney and hearth tower the center of the two-story lodge.
Apex has been coined a “casually cool” restaurant and bar, featuring a trendy take on “old food favorites.” Known for its unexpected cuisine flair, the Apex menu is highlighted with creative dishes such as eclectic flat breads, edgy entree’s and hip desserts.
Evenings spent on one of the Lodge's two twin decks with an ice cold beverage will soon become a popular gathering spot for a relaxing afternoon or evening at Nemacolin's hub for all adventure and activities.
