Brian “Biff” Cochrane

Brian Cochrane, known as “Biff” to his coworkers, is a local chef that has spent his entire working life in the kitchen.
Born and raised in nearby Uniontown, PA, Cochrane has held various positions in the culinary department of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort since the age of 18.
He began with Nemacolin as a Culinary Apprentice in 1993. Upon graduation from college in 1996, Cochrane was promoted to Chef de Partie. One year later he was promoted to Banquet Sous Chef, and three years later he became Executive Banquet Chef.
In January of 2007, he became Executive Sous Chef.
