Constructed in 1968 as a private game reserve by Willard F. Rockwell of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and extensively renovated by founder Joseph A. Hardy, III and his daughter, current owner Maggie Hardy Magerko, the Lodge houses an extensive conference center, multiple lobbies and common areas, and the Italian inspired restaurant, Autumn.
The English Tudor style Lodge houses a large portion of the extensive works in the Hardy Family Art Collection which is valued at more than $45 million.
