WINTER LODGING RATES
Below you will find winter pricing information, starting November 27, 2012 - April 25, 2013, for all of Nemacolin's available hotel and lodging options. Quoted prices are per night starting rates for each lodging option during Midweek (Sunday - Thursday) and Weekend (Friday and Saturday) time periods and based on availability. Room upgrades are available. The quoted rates do not include tax or the daily Resort Fee.
- Falling Rock will be available for reservations December 26, 2012 - January 2, 2013 and February 14 - 18, 2013.
- Chateau Lafayette, Lodge and Townhouse rates are based on single or double occupancy.
- All two-bedroom Townhouse rates are based on single through quad occupancy.
- A Minimum stay restrictions may apply. Typically to weekends and holiday periods.
- Rooms are subject to availability and all rates are subject to change without notice.

TAXES & FEES
Room rates are subject to a 9% applicable tax rate. There will be a charge of $50 for each additional adult 18 years of age or older. There is a $20 per day Resort Fee at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. This fee includes the following services: Valet Parking, On Property Shuttle Service, Fitness Center Access, Internet Access, Local and Toll Free Calls, Access to the Outdoor Pools, In-Room Coffee, Newspaper and Art Tours. Tariffs do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.
DEPOSIT
Reservations must be guaranteed with a cash deposit or major credit card. We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover Card®, and Diners Club®. Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks and Cash are also welcome. Deposit required is equivalent to the first night’s room & tax or package charge. Deposits on cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival date will be fully forfeited.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS
A $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed on each cancelled reservation. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Canceling within 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
