SUMMER RATES
Below you will find summer pricing information, through November 30, 2013, for all of Nemacolin's available hotel and lodging options. Quoted prices are per night starting rates for each lodging option during Midweek (Sunday - Thursday) and Weekend (Friday and Saturday) time periods and based on availability. Room upgrades are available. The quoted rates do not include tax or the $20 daily Resort Fee.

TAXES & FEES
Room rates are subject to a 9% applicable tax rate. There will be a charge of $50 for each additional adult 18 years of age or older. There is a $20 per day Resort Fee at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. This fee includes the following services: Valet Parking, On Property Shuttle Service, Fitness Center Access, Internet Access, Local and Toll Free Calls, Access to the Outdoor Pools, In-Room Coffee, Newspaper and Art Tours. Tariffs do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.
DEPOSIT
Reservations must be guaranteed with a cash deposit or major credit card. We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover Card®, and Diners Club®. Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks and Cash are also welcome. Deposit required is equivalent to the first night’s room & tax or package charge. Deposits on cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival date will be fully forfeited.

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 11:00 a.m.
CANCELLATIONS
A $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed on each cancelled reservation. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Canceling within 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
