Below you will find pricing information for all of Nemacolin's hotel and lodging options. Quoted prices are per night starting rates for each lodging option during Midweek (Sunday - Thursday) and Weekend (Friday and Saturday) time periods and based on availability. Room upgrades are available. The quoted rates do not include tax.

Taxes & Fees
Room rates are subject to a 9% applicable tax rate. There will be a charge of $50 for each additional adult 18 years of age or older. There is a $15 per day Resort Fee at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. This fee includes the following services: Valet Parking, On Property Shuttle Service, Fitness Center Access, Wireless Internet, Local and Toll Free Calls, Access to the Outdoor Pools, In-Room Coffee, Newspaper, Art Tours and access to the Tennis Courts. Tariffs do not include applicable taxes or gratuities.
Deposit
Reservations must be guaranteed with a cash deposit or major credit card. We accept MasterCard®, Visa®, American Express®, Discover Card®, and Diners Club®. Personal Checks, Traveler's Checks and Cash are also welcome. Deposits on cancellations received less than 14 days from arrival date will be fully forfeited.
Check In / Check Out
Check-in: after 4:00 p.m. Check-out: by 11:00 a.m.
Cancellations
A $25 non-refundable administrative fee will be assessed on each cancelled reservation. Nemacolin Woodlands Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Canceling within 14 days of arrival will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.
