 Our spa menu has been designed to accommodate all guests who visit.  Whether it is your first spa experience or you are familiar with our treatments and services, our menu offers many different services to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.  Relax in one of our Hydrotherapy tubs, open your senses with aromatherapy oils, or allow our Skin Care professionals to pamper you with a customized facial to meet your specific skin care needs.

The Woodlands Spa and Salon are available for appointments daily from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. Fitness and Wet areas open daily at 6:30 a.m.

The Woodlands Spa now featurs Accupuncture services.  Download the acupuncture pamphlet to find out more about the benefits of this unique service.

Whether your into Yoga, Pilates or just want to relax in serenity we have a Fitness Class for you. The Fitness Center at the Woodlands Spa features Cybex equipment, elliptical cross trainers, treadmills, Stairmasters, Cardio Theater and free weights – all set up as a circuit training routine. Our fitness trainers also design individual, as well as group, programs focusing on personalized goals.

The Woodlands Spa also includes a Spa Boutique - open Monday - Saturda from 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Sundays from 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. - and Elements Cafe, open Tuesday - Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Monday from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., if you're looking for a healthy bite to eat.

Reservations for treatments are strongly recommended to ensure availability. 

Saturday nights from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Kidz Rule at the Woodlands Spa.  Spa Kidz is a fun night for children ages 4 - 12 and includes fun games, snacks and other activities including:

• Stylish braids
• Glittery nails
• Makeup application lessons
• Create your own jewelry
• Design your own flipflops
• Temporary tattoos
