Patrons will appreciate an ingredient-driven menu prepared by 2006 Rising Star Chef Dave Racicot which changes frequently. Artistic extras include tableside food presentations, custom champagne carte and cheese trolley service.

Lautrec is open for dinner from 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, and 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Dinner service is not available on Sunday and Monday.
Nemacolin Brunch is also served in Lautrec on Sunday's from 9:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Lautrec is an elegant, modern French restaurant. Evening wear is appropriate for ladies, and gentlemen may be more comfortable in a jacket (we do not require a jacket or tie). To preserve the elegant setting, we do not allow athletic wear or jeans in our dining room.
The dining experience can be lengthy and most guests should consider Lautrec to be their entertainment for the night. Children under the age of 12 may find the menu and style of service at Lautrec to be grown-up for their taste and therefore might not appreciate the experience.
